Each year the staff is called on to estimate over twenty billion dollars of construction projects, in aggregate. The staff is comprised of some of the most experienced professionals in the industry specializing in civic, office, transit, infrastructure, healthcare, and public school design and construction projects. The majority of the personnel have between 10 and 40 years of experience and are Certified Professional Estimators accredited by American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).
