ASSEMBLY COSTS
There
are 2,800 Commercial Assembly cost items and 1,600 Residential Assembly
cost items.
Each assembly has a unique ID#, a "stand alone" description, a material cost, a Union installation cost, an Open Shop installation cost and totals.
These are part of CURRENT CONSTRUCTION COSTS and RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS manuals. They are also on the CD-ROMs that are part of the manual packages.
The Assembly files are in "Excel" Spreadsheet format.
